Use it to mark the days when you achieved your nutrition goals, completed a workout, or conquered both. And, of course, don't forget to track the days when you may have fallen off track as well. Stay on top of your fitness and nutrition streak and dominate your goals!
Easily monitor your daily progress by selecting the goal you accomplished each day. Missed a workout or didn't meet your nutrition goals? No problem! Simply mark that day with an "oops!" and get right back on track.
In addition to tracking your nutrition and workouts, you can also log your daily medication/supplement intake and monitor your water intake. Keep all of your goals in one place with this handy calendar, making your journey to good health enjoyable!
- Swipe right to view your progress from previous months
- Tap the share button located in the bottom right-hand corner to share your progress on Instagram or save the calendar to your Camera Roll
- Access Settings to choose which goals you want to track and customize emojis
